• As a virtual clinic, all consults are conducted via Online Video or Phone. A reminder will be sent 48 hours before your appointment with your appointment link- if a phone call is preferred, please simply advise by email.

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule we will do our best to accommodate your preferred time & day. 
**NOTE: - We respect your time and we appreciate that you also value ours! All scheduled appointments are given 48 hour notification via email before the appointment time. All cancellations and rescheduling must be finalized no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. 
Please note that appointment fees will be processed at the time of booking through the stored payment method in Halaxy. Failed payments will forfeit appointment time slot and will require rescheduling. 
Failing to observe the cancellation period or failing to attend a scheduled appointment will incur the full appointment fee. 
- In order to uphold our high standard of care, 6 months between appointments will require another Initial Consultation to ensure that all information is current and relevant. 

All appointment fees will be automatically processed using the stored payment method via Halaxy at the time of booking. Please note that this fee is non-refundable.
Prescribed supplements, recommended testing/investigation & credit card fees are not included in this fee.
