Are you exhausted- all the time?

PSA: Feeling constantly lacklustre isn’t just a “normal part of life."


This isn't to detract from the fact that you probably have very good reasons - Juggling the kids, work, domestic must-do's, a cheeky doom-scroll to decompress at night (that lasts 2 hours instead of 20 minutes -oops!), skipped meals- you get it!


If you wake unrested, or 'slump'/get snacky in the afternoon, your body might be signalling that something deeper is out of balance. For many women, fatigue isn’t just about busy schedules or lack of sleep — it can be closely tied to hormone, metabolic, and gut health, and even nutritional deficiencies (FYI, we see this all the time in clinic!)

  5. Gut and Nutrient Absorption: Your digestive system isn’t just about food — it’s also a key regulator of inflammation, immunity, and hormone metabolism. Poor gut function can reduce energy, affect mood, and make hormonal balance more challenging.
